EcomineX needed to scale beyond a referral sales motion into a true self-serve product surface. The previous flow leaned on personal relationships, opaque pricing, and email-driven onboarding — none of which could absorb the inbound demand a public mining brand attracts.
We rebuilt the storefront, hosting plans, and admin operations as a single platform: profitability calculators wired to live market data, a hardware marketplace with Stripe checkout, and an automated payout engine that runs daily across global data centers.
